Hi, Welcome!


I am Elisangela, yoga practitioner with a love for sharing yoga benefits with my students. My journey began in 2017; I was looking for a way to stretch my body and ease my mind, but I had not idea how transformative it would be, so I embarked on a journey to realize my desire to teach yoga. I have completed 200-hours and 300- hours Yoga Teacher certification programs in October 2018. I continue pursuing further exploration of yoga practice, yoga philosophy, science of yoga, and skills of teaching yoga.

Yoga has transformed my life, and I believe it can do the same for you. My classes focus on nurturing the body and mind, allowing you to explore your practice at your own pace. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your experience, I’m here to support you every step of the way.


When I am not teaching yoga, l love to spend time in nature, reading books, cooking, spending time with family and drinking hot tea. I am excited to meet you and explore the amazing journey of yoga together!

Elisangela Yoga is a unique and inspiring approach to the ancient practice of yoga, tailored to meet the needs of modern practitioners. Hatha Yoga Flow

Join us for Breath and Movement, a virtual yoga session designed to help you decompress and reconnect. Yin Yoga: Unwind & Reset

Join us for a 60-minute journey inward. In this virtual Yin Yoga session, we move beyond the muscles to target the deeper connective tissues-the fascia, ligaments, and joints. Through long-held, passive floor poses, you'll find the space to slow down your breath and quiet your mind.

Trainings and Qualifications


I am a compassionate Yoga practitioner with love for sharing Yoga benefits with my students. I embarked on my Yoga journey in 2017 to realize my desire to teach Yoga. I have completed 200-Hour Yoga teacher certification in October of 2018 but continued pursuing further exploration of Yoga practice, Yoga philosophy, and skills of teaching Yoga. I have completed 300-Hour certification in September of 2022 but continue being a student of Yoga. Upon completion of 750 hours of in- depth studies of yoga and related sciences, as part of higher level of education for Yoga Teachers on November 15, 2025. I am registered with Yoga Alliance as RYT-500.
